November 2014 Favourites!

"Becca why are you posting your favourites for November at the end of December?" Because I forgot to post it earlier. I know. I'm dumb. But here it is! I finally got around to it so here are my (obscenely late) favourites from last month!

Reminder that not all of these were products released or purchased in November, just things that I particularly enjoyed throughout the month!

Cosmetics

  • Missha's M Perfect Cover BB Cream approx, £10, available from kpoptown.com
I bought this on a whim to be honest, I wasn't really in the need of any new BB Creams but I more or less bought it out of curiosity after hearing a lot of mixed reviews on it. And I was pleasantly surprised. As the name would suggest, its main focus is coverage, which I would say is around a medium coverage, so a pretty safe bet. It applies smoothly and I haven't had any trouble with it staying put even though long, twelve-hour days. Moreover Missha's BB Cream's are known for being great for people (like myself) with ghostly pale skin, since they stock a 'bright beige' shade, which is the one I bought this in.

After trying out a ton of samples of this, that'd been given to me by a very friendly lady at a Benefit counter. I was blown away by just how great it is. It's my personal recipe for success really; I love brightening products, and I really love Benefit. So a brightening product from Benefit? Of course I'm there. This is a strong-exfoliating face scrub that intends to brighten your complexion by purifying the skin and minimizing the appearance of pores. And as far as I can tell it does work, or at least, my skin does look brighter. A possible downside could be that some may consider it a little bit pricey however it is one of the cheapest products Benefit currently stock, so if you're looking to start off with the brand, this would be a good place to start.

  • Etude House's Collagen Moistfull cream, approx £12, available from kpoptown.com
I've done a full review of this product and it was featured in my Etude Memebox post, so I don't feel as though I need to say much more on it. It's a really great moisturizer so much so that has become my daily use one and I would definitely consider buying other products from this range!

  • Etude House's Precious Mineral Magic Any Cushion, approx £12, available from kpoptown.com
I know I'm late to this but I was so excited for this product. I've been excited since it was first announced and after finally getting around to buying it, I can say that the hype was worth it. It's a primer in the form of a cushion pact, another in the line of many cushion products Etude has released. As excited as I was by this product I did however have my second thoughts on the cushion form of it. I thought that it would dry up or run out quickly but honestly, I haven't experienced anything like that. It comes in three colours (soon to be four as they're releasing a new lavender version soon) and I bought the pink version; for brightening pale skin. It does work surprisingly well; its the kind of product that I could wear on its own, without a BB cream or foundation on top.

  • Tonymoly's Appletox Smooth Massage Peeling Cream, approx £9, available from kpoptown.com

I received this in the Tonymoly Memebox and I did a little overview of it there, so I don't really need to elaborate too much on that. This is a face mask-like, face scrub-type of product that I'm still not 100% sure on the correct use of; but one thing I am 100% sure of is that it leaves your skin feeling amazing. It's got this really great mixture of exfoliation and moisturizers that it cleans your skin but leaves it feeling soft and smooth afterwards.

  • Ciaté PP098 Island Hopping and PP129 The Hamptons, £9 each, available from ciatelondon.co.uk
If you couldn't already tell from the fact that I include Ciaté shades in every one of my favourites posts; Ciaté is my favourite nail polish brand. Now I feel as though Ive made a tradition that I need to uphold for myself, so here's two more shades that I really love. I particularly chose these two because of their sparkle, and with it being somewhat of a party season I find it quite befitting.
